KeenData delivers an AI-Native Data & AI integrated platform designed to build unified data and intelligence infrastructure for the intelligent era. Its core product, KeenData Lakehouse, provides integrated capabilities across data governance, asset management, analytics, and AI development, forming a complete workflow from data ingestion to intelligent applications.
Built on a native AI architecture that aligns with China’s policy environment, the platform enables collaboration between data and intelligence within a secure and trusted environment and under sovereign-controlled and fully autonomous conditions. KeenData serves key sectors including government, industry, and urban management, with customers such as China Unicom, Sinopec, and FAW Group, and has been consistently recognized by international analysts including Gartner and IDC.

2019
June & July
KeenData was founded and launched KeenData Lakehouse 1.0, quickly gaining market recognition and serving the new-economy industrial internet sector.
2020
August & October
Completed the first Pre-A funding round at a valuation of RMB 200 million, led by Koala Fund, and signed contracts with major financial clients such as Yinhua Fund, Taikang Pension, CICC, and China CITIC Bank.
2021
March & July & December
Completed Series A financing at a valuation of RMB 700 million, led by Huaye Tiancheng Capital and XVC, with continued investment from Koala Fund. Signed cooperation agreements with industrial leaders including Conch New Materials, SANY Heavy Industry, and Shanghai Tobacco Machinery. Released ecosystem strategy and formed strategic partnerships with JD Technology, Baidu AI Cloud, and Kaos.
2022
April & August
Launched KeenData Lakehouse 2.0, achieving key technological breakthroughs and forming enterprise data capability methodologies based on large-scale enterprise practices. Recognized by Gartner and IDC, and established partnerships with leading energy enterprises such as Sinopec and State Grid of China.
2023
March & August & November
Completed a RMB 340 million Series B funding round led by Zhongguancun Science City and Guotai Junan. Recognized as a national-level “Little Giant” enterprise with over 97% in-house R&D. Established cooperation with major state-owned enterprises such as China Unicom, FAW Group, and China Life, and formed strategic partnerships with China Telecom and Inspur.

March & October 2024
Ranked No.1 in the China Lakehouse platform market and entered the Top 5 in IDC’s China big data private deployment market. Launched an AI-Native Data & AI integrated platform with a pioneering AI-in-Lakehouse architecture to support intelligent transformation for large organizations.
